The Space:
Styled and furnished for optimal enjoyment, this home is very communal with its open-plan interior design. As soon as you enter the home, you will find the master bedroom to your right which features a large king bed, an enormous walk-in wardrobe to cater to every outfit (we know how easy it is to over-pack on holidays) and an ensuite fit with a spacious bath. To the left of the entrance is a sizeable office space with two desks to provide an easy transition to make working from home that little bit easier on holiday. Ensure you put popcorn on your holiday shopping list as the separate theatre room in the home features an extra-large TV and plush sofa for those much-needed movie nights! The hallway opens to a very spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen fitted out with everything you could possibly need! The kitchen faces a dining setting with seating for eight that overlooks the sparkling pool outside which can be heated in the cooler months. Outside you will find a fun, family pool, a barbecue and an outdoor setting that can accommodate up to ten guests. There is also a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in that famous Sunshine Coast weather. The end of the house features yet another living space with a daybed, table, and chairs, mounted tv and plenty of toys for the kids to enjoy! Three more bedrooms extend off this living space, each of which has queen-sized beds and built-in wardrobes. The space then extends to a fully equipped laundry, bathroom with another bathtub and a separate toilet.
Open plan living: The home features an abundance of seating, many of which fit up to ten guests. The main living space is extremely spacious and filled with plenty of natural light. There are two separate TV rooms, each of which have doors that can close for privacy. All living spaces are air-conditioned and the air-conditioning is positioned in places that will reach the bedrooms.
Laundry: Washer, dryer, sink, built-in ironing board, outdoor clothesline, indoor clothes rack, storage.
Master/Bedroom one: King bed, enormous walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan.
Ensuite bathroom: Toilet + shower + bath.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the garage. Guests may park up to two cars in the garage and up to three cars on the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Rainforest Sanctuary in Buderim, the home is situated in a quiet street just a few minutes from the heart of Buderim. With its plethora of cafes and restaurants, Buderim is known for its central positioning to the whole of the Sunshine Coast. Just a 10–15-minute drive will take you to beaches such as Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, and Maroochydore. Please keep in mind this home is in a suburban area of Buderim.
*Buderim village, with a supermarket, cafes, bottle shops, service stations and a great family pub with the best view of the Sunshine Coast is just 4km away.
*Mooloolaba Beach is 8km away

You'll need a car to explore all the best of the Sunshine Coast from our very central home base.

*Pet-friendly for one dog - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We offer a complementary clean and linen turnover for any stays longer than 3 weeks.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
